Since 1989, Eiffage has gathered all the Messengers of employee shareholding every year, for a morning dedicated to explaining the program, sharing the Group’s strategic directions, and addressing all questions. This essential moment helps cultivate the family spirit and strengthen everyone's commitment.

For over 30 years, employee shareholding has been a foundational and unifying model that allows employees to directly benefit from the Group's strong financial performance.
