2025 Annual Messengers Meeting: A Strong Commitment to Eiffage Employee Shareholding

On Friday, March 14, nearly 730 employees gathered at the Maison de la Mutualité in Paris for the annual meeting of the Messengers of Eiffage’s employee shareholding program. A unique moment of exchange and sharing centered around a common commitment.

The Messengers Meeting: A Tradition Since 1989

To better promote the program and provide close support on the ground, a network of 1,000 Messengers meets with employees at our construction sites, agencies, and subsidiaries.

Since 1989, Eiffage has gathered all the Messengers of employee shareholding every year, for a morning dedicated to explaining the program, sharing the Group’s strategic directions, and addressing all questions. This essential moment helps cultivate the family spirit and strengthen everyone's commitment.

A Unique Employee Shareholding Model

For over 30 years, employee shareholding has been a foundational and unifying model that allows employees to directly benefit from the Group's strong financial performance. As a pioneer in this field, more than 80% of employees are now shareholders, demonstrating their trust and commitment. This employee shareholding model plays a key role in the Group's success. By becoming shareholders through the Group Savings Plan, each employee actively contributes to the company’s growth and value creation.

A Strengthened Family Spirit

Rooted in its history and at the heart of its values, employee shareholding allows Eiffage to build a strong common identity centered around sharing and employee involvement. It reinforces the family spirit and makes Eiffage a group where each employee is invested in its future.

“Our strong and distinctive employee shareholding program reflects our employees’ pride in belonging to our Group and the trust they place in it.” - Sonia Chevalier, Director of Employee Shareholding at Eiffage.
