After more than two years of redevelopment work on the interior spaces, the transformation of this medieval enclosure will come to life through an animated fresco projected onto the ramparts, accompanied by a pyrotechnic show.
The rehabilitation of the inner courtyard required:
- Excavation of 6,000 m³ from the courtyard,
- Renovation of the wastewater and rainwater drainage systems, as well as the heating network and dry network, including potable water supply, low-voltage electricity, lighting, and fiber optics,
- Installation of pathways using paving stones and exposed aggregate concrete,
- Stone and weathering steel curbstones,
- Creation of a reflecting pool.
Congratulations to our teams for delivering this major project within one of the largest feudal enclosures in Europe!
We also extend our thanks to our partners: Vallois, SADE, VAUBAN GC, LAFOSSE ET FILS, SPIE CityNetworks, Chesnel Bâtiment, Flers Méca, SURFABETON, AER.
