Highlighting the commitments of Eiffage's motorway concessions in France is the aim of the publicity campaign deployed on the Internet, social networks, on the radio and at motorway service areas.
The four-pronged campaign reaffirms the commitment of the APRR, AREA, ADELAC, ALIAÉ, CEVM and A'LIÉNOR concessions to operate motorways that are ever safer, more comfortable and better adapted to the uses of today and tomorrow.
An eye on your road
This first aspect of the campaign illustrates our commitment to ensuring the safety and comfort of our customers, down to the smallest detail. Two figures show the extent to which the teams on the ground are mobilised, day and night, to assist and help passengers throughout their journey:
- 2 minutes: the maximum time for Autoroute INFO to report an incident on the motorway.
- 30 minutes: maximum time for teams to intervene to secure the incident site.
We're driving for the environment
Commitment to the environment is also a major focus of the campaign. The ecological transition involves concrete and measurable actions:
- 19,600 tonnes of CO₂ were saved in 2024 thanks to the use of electric vehicle charging points at motorway service areas.
- 215 tonnes of waste were recycled in 2023 thanks to the selective sorting implemented at motorway service areas.
We are accelerating future mobility
Anticipating changes in the mobility sector is also one of the key commitments of the motorway concessions. This involve focusing on collective and alternative means of transport to encourage soft and shared mobility, which helps to reduce CO2 emissions:
- 100% of service areas are now equipped with high- and very-high-power electric charging points, facilitating the transition to electric mobility.
- 5,800 car-pooling parking spaces have been created to encourage shared and responsible travel.
You're never far away
Accessibility and discovery of the regions are also key commitments. This aspect of the campaign highlights the wealth of historic places to visit:
- 582 new-generation brown signs have been installed along motorways, inviting travellers to explore regions and discover tourist sites.
The campaign, which has its own website, includes posters at more than 300 service and rest areas, radio spots on Autoroute INFO's radio station 107.7 FM and videos on LinkedIn. It provides a concrete illustration of the actions of the motorway concession companies belonging to the Eiffage Group. Lastly, it reinforces the transparency and trust owed to their customers, while reaffirming their ongoing commitment to meeting the challenges of sustainable mobility by offering motorways that are ever safer, more respectful of the environment and better prepared to meet the challenges of the ecological transition.

Eiffage's motorway concessions illustrate their customer commitments with evidence
Since 24 March 2025, Eiffage's motorway concessions in France have been launching a communications campaign entitled "We are on the move!", designed to provide concrete examples of the commitments set out in their customer charter.
