The inauguration of the Bizipoz Hotel, a 4-star establishment, in April 2025 and the delivery of the entire complex mark the culmination of a large-scale urban redevelopment project for the Foch block in Saint-Jean-de-Luz, initiated several years ago.
Covering a total area of 1,850 m² across a basement and five floors, the hotel section of the project — executed as a general contracting operation by Eiffage Construction — includes a 4-star hotel with 52 rooms, seminar spaces, and a spa.
Eight shops are also located on the ground floor, including two bars, a restaurant, and several food retailers.
On the residential side, 20 housing units have been developed, including 10 for ownership and 10 social housing units, which blend seamlessly into the overall architectural design.
This project is fully aligned with the town’s initiative to revitalize the city center, transforming the Foch block into a place for gathering and sharing.
The neighborhood development works began two years ago for Eiffage Construction with the creation of a 400-space underground parking lot. This major operation made it possible to free up surface space, encouraging soft mobility and bringing new life to the area.
To highlight the work carried out by the teams, Eiffage Construction workers, along with their families, were invited on February 28 to visit the completed site — a moment for them to share their achievement with loved ones.
A big round of applause to all the teams involved in the success of this project!
