La Distillerie now stands out with multiple demanding labels:
-
BBCA Excellence: The highest level of the label, attesting to exemplary low-carbon construction.
-
BREEAM Excellent: An international certification recognizing the environmental performance of buildings.
-
NF HQE Tertiary Buildings Excellent: Acknowledging the building's high energy performance.
-
WiredScore GOLD: A benchmark for connectivity and smart buildings.
-
RE2020 compliance and European taxonomy: Meeting the highest standards in energy performance and sustainability.
These distinctions reward a project designed to minimize its environmental impact. Thanks to a low-carbon design and a reuse-focused approach, La Distillerie has achieved a 30% reduction in CO2 emissions compared to conventional construction and the reuse or recycling of 90% of the building’s initial weight.
It is also the first large-scale concrete-structure project to achieve all these labels and certifications while meeting RE2020 requirements!
Beyond its environmental performance, the headquarters offers an innovative and pleasant work environment with 1,500 m² of terraces and green spaces, an 800 m² rooftop, and dedicated services for employee well-being.
The attainment of these labels highlights the commitment of Eiffage teams to more responsible construction practices. A new milestone for La Distillerie, now recognized as a model of sustainability!
A big congratulations to all the teams who worked to obtain these labels and certifications!
