Eco Skills Challenge 2025: Meet the Winners

The grand finale of the 4th edition of the Eco Skills Challenge took place on Tuesday, May 27, at the Maison de l’Océan. Congratulations to the winners, as well as to all participants and their innovative ideas for a more environmentally friendly and sustainable construction industry.
 

The Final of the Eco Skills Challenge 2025

On Tuesday, May 27, the final of Eiffage’s student challenge on sustainable development—Eco Skills Challenge—was held at the Maison de l’Océan in Paris.

It was an opportunity for the 8 finalist teams to receive training in the art of pitching and to present their ideas and convictions before a jury of Eiffage experts:

  • Benoît de Ruffray, Chairman and CEO of the Eiffage Group

  • Anne-Valérie Cornuault Goulard, Group Director of Sustainable Development and Cross-functional Innovation

  • Jean-Charles Baillard, Technical Director of Methods, Engineering and Innovation at Eiffage Énergie Systèmes

  • Jean-Matthieu De Laferrière, Director of the Rail Division at Eiffage Concessions

  • Marie-France Escoffier, Director at Eiffage Construction Équipements

  • Nicolas Moronval, Director of Ecological Transition, Innovation, and Development for motorway concessions in France

  • Hervé Dumont, CSR Director at Eiffage Route

And the winners are:

1st Place: Team MCP100, made up of two students from ESTP, coached by Calypso Leroy (CSR Director) and Fabien Guérot (Head of Ecological Transition at Eiffage Concessions) — Low Carbon theme

2nd Place: Team Bio Vision, composed of two students from CentraleSupélec, coached by Stéphane Martins (Sustainable Development Project Manager at Eiffage) and Marie Le Goaster (Biodiversity Project Manager) — Biodiversity theme

3rd Place: Team SolarDock, with five students from INSA Strasbourg, Lycée Le Corbusier, CESI, and CCI Campus Colmar, coached by Christophe Fressancourt (Regional Environmental Engineer) — Circular Economy theme

Audience Favorite Award: Team PalXtend, made up of two students from ESTP, coached by Anthony Vasconcelos (Circular Economy Project Manager) — Circular Economy theme
