Eiffage accelerates its development in Europe in energy with the acquisition of the Kropman Group in the Netherlands

Eiffage, through its subsidiary Eiffage Énergie Systèmes, has entered into an agreement to acquire 51% of the Kropman group, based in Nijmegen, Netherlands, specialists in the multi-technical fields of electrical and mechanical engineering and contamination control and measurement.

A national reference player, Kropman, founded in 1934, has more than 800 employees and generated revenues of nearly €153 million in 2017.

This acquisition, negotiated one-on-one, allows Eiffage Énergie Systèmes to bolster its European network.

Kropman, Eiffage Énergie Systèmes' first acquisition in the Netherlands, will enable it to offer its customers all of its know-how in this area.

This transaction is subject to the approval of the Dutch competition authorities. It is expected to be finalised during 2018.
