Thank you for using the Eiffage App

Here are some details about the purpose of the mobile App and how it works to help you make the most of it. The Eiffage App allows you to follow the latest news from the Eiffage group: new contracts, construction sites, highlights, events, press releases, etc. For employees, a connected space also provides access to internal news (HR, Group life, services and practical information from the Pierre Berger Campus) and the ability to publish posts.


Available on every screen
 

The Eiffage App is accessible on smartphones, tablets, and desktop computers—whether professional or personal, regardless of brand. It can be accessed at: https://app.eiffage.com. You can also download the app directly to your smartphone 

By downloading the app on your smartphone, you’ll receive notifications.


Authentication


By default, the app is open to everyone and provides public information.


To access internal information and services, each Eiffage employee can log in using their professional account via automatic SSO login.


Privacy & Usage


Professional details displayed on employee profile pages (first name, last name, work contact details, photo, etc.) are only accessible to authenticated Eiffage employees.

The same applies to posts and comments published via the Eiffage App: only internal audiences can view them.
Texts, photos from posts, comments, and the name/photo of their authors may occasionally be published in the Eiffage Group magazine Synergie.

For Eiffage employees, this application remains a work tool. Despite its ease of access, it is important to use it in moderation and to respect rest periods, vacations, and, in general, personal time, which is essential for everyone's well-being.

Finally, we remind you that no individual browsing data is used. Only collective and anonymous statistics are analyzed, mainly to continuously improve content and services.


Notifications


By downloading the Eiffage App on your smartphone, you can receive notifications. A notification is a message informing you about new content published on the Eiffage App, even when the app is closed.

Upon first use of the app, you will be asked whether you wish to receive notifications. You can also enable or disable notifications later in your smartphone’s "Settings" menu.


Posts & Publishing Rules


The app allows all Eiffage employees to publish posts (short text messages that may include an image).

To publish a post, simply click on the corresponding icon at the top right of the header.

Through these messages, every Eiffage employee—regardless of their role—can share something meaningful with the community:

  • A key event on a project or site
  • A teamwork moment
  • An idea or best practice

As with any open communication platform, it is important to follow proper etiquette and professionalism:

  • Use respectful and courteous language
  • Avoid off-topic or private discussions
  • Respect everyone’s privacy (do not share personal or family-related information, contacts, or photos of colleagues)
  • Follow the company's professional guidelines (business confidentiality, ethics, exemplary behavior, compliance with safety and prevention rules, etc.)
  • Comply with the law (prohibited content includes unauthorized image sharing, harassment, fraud, defamation, racial discrimination, incitement to violence or hatred, as well as political, sexual, racist, or xenophobic remarks)


Eiffage reserves the right to remove any post that does not comply with these publication rules.


Offline Mode


To allow you to read recent articles on your smartphone even when the internet connection is weak, the Eiffage App offers an "offline mode."

When the network connection is insufficient, a window will prompt you to switch to offline mode.

In offline mode, you can access the last 10 published articles.

To exit offline mode (if network access is restored), simply click on the "Wi-Fi off" icon at the top right of the header.
