Eiffage is designated as the laureate of the public-private partnership to restructure and renovate the Îlot Perrée building in Paris for a value of €30 million

The contract includes the financing, design, renovation and restructuring of the building for a total of €30 million.

Pradeau Morin, subsidiary of Eiffage Construction, will undertake the restructuring and renovation of this prestigious building, built in 1908. Of the 5,626 m2 of usable space to be delivered, 4,474 m2 will involve heritage restoration. In addition, Pradeau Morin will entrust 35% of the works to SMEs.

After an initial 10-month design phase, the works will begin in December 2019. The entire project will last almost 34 months. The new police station is expected to be handed over in November 2021.
