Located next to the Silex buildings (built by Eiffage Construction), rue des Cuirassiers, the old building from the 1970s will undergo renovation and extension work.

The extension will be made largely of wood (wooden floor / metal frame and FOB), thus meeting the highest technical and environmental standards.

Our teams will be working on the structural part of the project, which will require the intervention of 20 workers on the basement foundations.
 
Designed by the Hérault Arnod Architectures agency, the building will have a lettable area of approximately 12,300 m² spread over eight floors. It will also include

• the construction of shops, lobbies and services on the ground floor (including a business centre with a co-working space);
• the creation of a 600 m² open-ground garden thanks to the elimination of underground parking spaces;
• numerous outdoor spaces, including an accessible green roof-top, terraces on all floors and a private garden.

In addition, this programme aims to achieve the most ambitious environmental certifications and labels: BBCA performance level, HQE Excellent, Ready to OSMOZ, Wired Score Silver.

Demolition and reinforcement work began in mid-January 2023, with the crane due to be erected in the second quarter of 2023, and the project will be delivered in mid-October 2024.
