Review of the First Cohort

Recognized Certification Training

The first cohort completed an intensive one-year program, alternating theoretical courses (techniques, safety, industrial drawing) with hands-on workshop practice. The apprentices acquired key skills such as blueprint reading, mastery of various welding processes, and dimensional inspection of parts.

Under the supervision of experienced trainers, they also learned to meet the industry's demanding standards and work on real projects at the Lauterbourg plant. Dominique Loebs, Training Manager, shares his experience:

"I am proud to have witnessed and contributed to this incredible journey, and to have had the opportunity to support future welders in mastering a profession that is a true passion for me."

Passing on Values

Beyond technical expertise, this training program instilled essential values: rigor, commitment, solidarity, and team spirit. As expressed by graduate Haithem Ouederni:

"This training gave me confidence in myself and allowed me to discover an exciting profession. Today, I am proud to contribute to large-scale projects."

Another graduate, Ivan Goxes, shares his experience:

"Thanks to the Academy, I was able to acquire strong skills in industrial welding."

These testimonials highlight the positive impact of the training on participants, both professionally and personally. To join the school, Eiffage Métal seeks motivated candidates who are curious and ready to take on the technical challenges of the profession. Good dexterity, a meticulous mindset, and a willingness to learn are also key qualities for success in this human and professional journey.

A Project Focused on the Future

These young graduates represent the future of the metal construction industry. By fostering a true sense of community and strengthening solid foundations, the Eiffage Métal Academy continues its ambition: to train new talent each year to meet the sector’s high standards and drive innovation.
