Eiffage Énergie takes part in the new CNRS Montpellier building project

The new CNRS building will contain five structural and two infrastructural levels, with  large areas of research laboratory space. It will also include several meeting and conference rooms, extensive office space and common areas, all covering 25,600 m² of floor space.

Eiffage Énergie Thermie Centre Est's Auvergne branch, which specializes in major projects in the field of health, is to carry out extensive HVAC work throughout the site. Our teams will install air-conditioning in laboratories equipped with Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectrometers, autoclaves, fume cupboards (vapour extractor hoods with walls) and so on. Specific ventilation systems will be needed to enable these fume cupboards and the swing and suctioning arms to function.

Work on this scientific project began on 30 June 2017 and is scheduled over 32 months.
