EcOasis® provides an answer to the problems of high urban heat, using a key principle, based on the use of Bioklair® bio-sourced coating and the presence of water and vegetation, thus reducing the artificialization of built-up areas: “Zero Net Artificialization” objective.

Bioklair® is Eiffage Route’s natural coating that enhances landscapes thanks to the colour of its aggregates. It makes it possible to implement in an environmentally friendly way all urban developments and paths dedicated to soft mobility.
The islands of freshness created in this way meet both environmental challenges (soil waterproofing, integrated rainwater management, biodiversity, low-carbon construction) and societal challenges (the well-being of residents, mobility and user awareness).
