This comprehensive performance contract—awarded by the Grand Villeneuve Agency—covers the design, construction, and maintenance of building and railway installations over six years, to be conducted without operational interruptions.

A major project in the Île-de-France region, it includes shared commitments from all stakeholders regarding safety, the environment, and employment.

The consortium led by Eiffage Civil Engineering draws on the expertise of several Group entities: Demcy, specialized in deconstruction; Roland, an expert in earthworks; Eiffage Rail; Eiffage Énergie Systèmes Dorsalys; Eiffage Route; and Eiffage Concessions Ferlioz.
