As part of the Flood Prevention Action Program (PAPI) of the Syndicat Mixte de l'Argens, our teams are working on a large-scale project aimed at reducing the risk of flooding in Draguignan and Trans-en-Provence (83)

Objective? To protect more than 150 homes, nearly 240 businesses, and 24.5 km of road infrastructure from a 30-year flood while contributing to the ecological restoration of the Nartuby River.

A development project with multiple benefits:

Securing the territory
Ecological restoration of the Nartuby
Preservation of local agricultural and economic activities

Key figures:

2 years of work (2024-2026)
120,000 m³ of excavation & 60,000 m³ of backfill
30,000 m³ of rockfill
15 hectares of environmental compensation
