APRR has been ranked best employer in its sector for eight years now by the renowned business magazine Capital. The motorway company and its Rhône-Alpes subsidiary AREA are also ranked in the top 30 companies rated highest by their employees. This independent survey is conducted annually by research firm Statista for Capital among 20,000 employees* working in companies of over 500 employees. Employees are confidentially surveyed and asked to answer two questions online, scoring both out of 10.
APRR came out on top in the "Goods transport and logistics" sector among the 27 large companies surveyed, ahead of Aéroports de la Côte-d'Azur and Chronopost, while it also finished in the Top 30 of companies rated highest by their own employees in all sectors, obtaining a score of 7.92 out of 10, just behind Axa and Club Med and ahead of Boulanger.
This ranking truly reflects APRR's values and the actions it has taken, particularly as regards inclusion and equal opportunities and that have seen it awarded Afnor Certification’s Diversity label in 2016 and 2020. A record singled out for praise by the magazine in its comments: "In recognition of its efforts in this area, the motorway company has been awarded the French government’s Diversity label since 2016.”
APRR also scores highly thanks to its ambitious employee savings policy, a strong marker of the parent company Eiffage Group, and to the innovations at the heart of its working methods, in a still worrying and uncertain health context.
