Located in the heart of Colombes, the Lignes residence is part of the urban renewal programme for the Arc Sportif mixed development zone. Left derelict following the departure of the Thalès company, the 18 hectares of land located in the immediate vicinity of the A86 motorway were ideal for the creation of a new residential area by 2024.
