Marc Legrand is appointed as Concessions Director

Marc Legrand has been appointed Eiffage’s Concessions Director, with effect from 1 September 2017. As such, he leads the teams at Eiffage Concessions and Eiffage Services (PPPs operation and maintenance).

 

He retains his position as Chairman of Eiffage Rail Express, which is responsible for the design, construction, maintenance and financing of the Bretagne-Pays de la Loire high speed rail line under a public-private partnership contract.
 
A graduate of Ecole Polytechnique as well as the Ecole des Ponts et Chaussées engineering school, Marc Legrand held a number of civil service positions before joining Quillery as Head of its Public Works department in 1989. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer of CEVM (Millau Viaduct concessionaire) in 2001, Chairman of TP Ferro in 2005, and Chairman of Eiffage Rail Express in 2011. He has held a seat on the Eiffage Executive Committee since 2011.
